Buschenschanks are rustic wineries where you can taste wine from local producers. 

At the entrance of a Buschenschank you can find a small bush, hung to indicate that here: you can enjoy the wines of the winemakers and their skill in creating handcrafted products, such as wine, juices from their fruit trees, and some cold snacks to accompany the experience.
