WINE TASTINGS
Our wine tastings are a short culinary journey into the world of winemaking. We start in the vineyard where Ron explains everything about the vines and the soil, then go to the cellar to talk about minimal intervention and what it means for the wines, while tasting from the barrels and the amphora. Finally, we end up sitting on the terrace with a vegetarian tasting menu specially matched to the individual wines.
